Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from American Reverie! However, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange ONLY.

Return Eligibility
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All Original tags must be attached.
Receipt or proof of purchase required.
No stains or smells of any kind – clothing must be in original, resaleable condition.

 

Final Sale Items
The following are final sale + not eligible for return/exchange:
Sale or discounted merchandise
Accessories, including, but not limited to: Jewelry, Handbags, Lingerie, Hats, & other Hair Accessories
Seasonal items
Custom or Special orders

 

Return Limit Policy
To ensure fairness for all of our customers and to help us maintain a thoughtfully curated inventory, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns from customers with a pattern of excessive returns. This policy is in place to protect our small business and allow us to continue offering high-quality, intentional collections.

We allow up to 3 returns in a 90 day period. Additional returns may be declined at our discretion.

Custom interior orders are non-refundable.

Store Credits do not expire.
